These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vela platform ("Service"), operated by Marvanova. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
Vela is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) property management CRM enabling users to manage properties, tenants, leads, and rent payments. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Vela — your properties, tenants, and leads remain your data at all times. By using the Service, you grant Vela a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to store and use any personal data belonging to your tenants or leads (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses), in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable local law.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided via email at support@velacrm.app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vela and Marvanova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service or from any real estate transactions or decisions made using data managed through Vela.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Vela platform, brand, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Marvanova. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
